Product Application:

Test And Debug:
1.Run straightener and decoiler, and the strip input to feeder slowly.
2.Adjust 2 guide roller of the feeder and make it close to the strip but not
touch the strip.
3.Release the upper roller by manual touch screen, and make the strip go inside
between upper roller and down roller, then clamp the strip by manual touch
screen, and then change to auto model.
4.The adjustment spring is for adjusting the upper roller pressure to make sure
the material can be pressed tightly by upper roller. After adjust the spring,
the strip should not be slip. If the material thickness is more thick, the
pressure should be bigger a little.
5.After the feeding pitch set, set the feeding speed. The detail setting refer
to the following instruction.
6.After set all the parameter, the set length maybe have a little difference
from the actual feeding length, it need to be amendment by manual. Press feeding
test, and check the actual feeding length difference, adjust the setting and
then check the difference, and so on, till to get a good actual feeding length.
7.When the guide pin of mould go into the guide pin hole, turn the press cam
group signal switch, adjust the roller to release status, after press turn
15°,the roller can clamp. General the release angle (press turn angle) is from
165°to 185°.
8.The feeding start angle adjust is by turn the cam to achieve. The feeding
start signal is the angle position of press cam running, the suggest angle is
270º-360º.
9.After set the mould, single punching to test the mould, and then turn to auto
model for continuously production.
