Product Application:
1.Open the air cylinder of straightener head to make the straightener roller in the raised position, and then make the air cylinder to the relaxed position. the worm adjustment device is adjusted to increase the distance between the upper and lower rollers slightly larger than the coil thickness.
2.Put the material head into the straightener roller and press down the air cylinder to bend and straightening the head, and then open the straightener air cylinder to send the material forward to the feed roll. the roller compacts the material. at this time, to switch the electric control box to the manual position. press the inch button to make the material feed slowly. after the material is fed into the straightener for a short period of time, you will see the material straightened. if it is bent down, "straightening and bending down", it means that the amount of depression is not enough. adjust the fine adjustment device.if it is bending upwards, "straightening and bending upwards", it means that the amount of material pressing is too large, the adjustment fine adjustment device is raised, and the adjustment is repeated until it is straight.

adjusting and testing In the automatic operation state, the material and the
straightening device are controlled by the 24V induction frame, which can
automatically control the start and stop of the straightening machine. when
automatic continuous punching is required, the selector switch must be in the
"automatic" position; otherwise, the straightener machine will not run
automatically and the punching material will cause damage to the mold and other
dangers.
