Servo Roll Feeder is mainly composed of two major functional components: a rack part and a leveling feeding part. The main problem in the design is the leveling feeding part. Problem 1: In the three-in-one NC servo feeder drive device of the punch press, the feed roller feeding is generally controlled by a servo motor. Because the output torque of the servo motor is too small to meet the needs of use, a certain amount of action must be taken between the feed roller and the servo motor. In order to meet the requirements of increasing the twisting moment, in general, in addition to the use of a reducer for deceleration, basically two-stage synchronous wheel deceleration or one-stage synchronous wheel deceleration are used in the actual manufacturing and use process. Due to the difference in structure, if the two-stage synchronous wheel is used for deceleration, it will be inconvenient to install. At the same time, it will be troublesome to replace the synchronous belt after the synchronous belt is worn out. If the one-stage synchronous wheel is used for deceleration, in actual use, due to The deceleration is relatively large, and the number of meshing teeth of the timing belt is small, resulting in a reduction in the transmission rate, and the effect is not very satisfactory.

Problem 2: In the feeding process of Servo Roll Feeder, in order to meet the accuracy requirements, it is generally required to set positioning pins in the mold to eliminate the feeding error every time. Therefore, the feeding equipment is required to have a relaxation function, in each feeding step. After the completion, the feeding roller needs to be relaxed to achieve the repositioning of each product to eliminate the accumulated error of each feeding. In the actual use of the three-in-one NC servo feeder of the actual press, it is found that only the middle relaxation and the rear are required when the actual relaxation is performed. Relaxation can fully meet the requirements of use. The front relaxation can only be used during the winding process. In the relaxation process, if you take the front, middle and back relaxations, it is difficult to control the relaxation action to be completely unified, and the front relaxation roller is only When the material is more elastic or thicker, it will be pressed down to pinch the material in order to facilitate the feeding

Question 3: In the process of using Servo Roll Feeder, because the power source used when relaxing is air pressure, and it is generally used in conjunction with the punch press, vibration will inevitably occur, and there will often be related positioning screws that make the punch three-in-one due to vibration. On the contrary, it will affect the leveling and feeding accuracy. Therefore, the current method is to directly machine the counterbore on the side plate and tap the distance between the positioning shaft end and the fixed side plate, or without the positioning shaft.
