Its common failure is unstable feeding distance. , Once this failure occurs, timely and targeted treatment is required to prevent the loss of stamping production due to inaccurate feeding

The instability of the feeding distance of the NC Coil Feeder Line of the punch press is also called inaccurate feeding. It will greatly affect the quality of the stamped product, and there are many reasons for the instability of the feeding distance. Dongguan Jeda Machinery will cause it here. The reasons for the unstable delivery distance are explained one by one. When the operator encounters this fault, follow the instructions one by one to eliminate and check:

1. The setting speed of the punch NC Coil Feeder Line is too fast

The NC servo feeder of the punch press cannot carry out high-speed feeding due to the limitation of the response time of the electronic control system. Generally, the high feed speed of the NC servo feeder of the pneumatic punch press is 60-120 times per minute (the specific number of times depends on the thickness of the material and the step distance. There is a difference). The high feeding speed of the mechanical NC servo feeder is 150-200 times per minute. If the actual punching speed is higher than this speed, the NC servo feeder will not be able to keep up, resulting in wrong feeding

2. The external air pressure is too large or insufficient

The NC servo feeder of the punch press needs a stable air supply to realize rapid and stable relaxation. The three-point combined pressure gauge needs to be adjusted to 4.5kg/cm2. Treatment method: check whether the three-point combined pressure gauge is damaged and adjust the compressor pressure

3. The feeding height of the punch NC servo feeder is wrong

Punching machines often need to be used with multiple sets of different molds, and the height of different molds can also be different. At this time, after changing the mold, the feeding height of the feeder needs to be adjusted. If the adjustment is not correct, the feeding will appear skewed and uneven. Processing method : Adjust the feeding height of the feeder to keep it horizontal and vertical to the mold

4. The punch mold itself has errors or no material cutting edge blocking

If there is a problem with the design and production of the punch mold itself, it will also cause the feed distance to be unstable. At this time, do not use the punch NC servo feeder to feed, but use manual manual feeding to test the product, and confirm whether the problem lies in the mold itself. Then change the mold and correct it

5. There is stamping oil on the feeding drum of the NC servo feeder of the punch press

In stamping production, in order to prevent the long-term friction between the material and the mold, the mold life will be damaged and the stamping accuracy will be inaccurate. The stamping oil is usually applied to the material before the material enters the mold. If the stamping oil enters between the feeding rollers, the feeding will be inaccurate. , Clean and wipe the feed roller at this time

6. The feeding time of the punch NC servo feeder is set incorrectly

Different molds have different requirements for the feeding time of the feeder. If the feeding time is set too late, it will cause insufficient feeding. At this time, the feed signal cam angle of the punch needs to be re-adjusted

7. The relaxation time of the punch NC Coil Feeder Line is incorrect

Improper relaxation time will cause the material to be fed out of place or the material retreats. At this time, the angle of the relaxation signal cam of the punch needs to be adjusted to solve the problem
